This product is not a toy.  Unsuitable for children under 5 years.

Since this product is a miniature tool, it is ideally suited to practical applications such as wood work or DIY although is not suited to heavy professional use.  You may notice a small amount of oil on the mechanism when you first use the tape measure.  This is normal as it's intended to maintain smooth action of the mechanism.  For this reason, it's not recommended to use this product with fabric/paper goods.
